USERRA Rights Poster (pictured right) The Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA) provides employment and re-employment protection for former, current and future members of the uniformed services. Effective March 10,2005, a recent amendment to USERRA requires employers to provide written notice to employees of rights and obligations under USERRA. Positing the notice conspicuously where notices to employees are customarily posted fulfills the new requirement. Go to www.esgr.org for more information.
