ESGR MISSION ESGR is a Department of Defense agency established in 1972. Its mission is to gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of the law, and resolving conflicts.

STATE NEWS

West Bank, with 11 locations throughout Polk County and in Coralville and Iowa City, recently demonstrated support of their employees and customers who serve in the Iowa National Guard and Reserve by signing ESGR Statements of Support, a program sponsored by the Department of Defense. David Nelson, Chairman and CEO (center), and Brad Winterbottom, President (right), signed on behalf of the entire West Bank organization. Dick Rue, Iowa State Chairman of ESGR (left), assisted in the presentation.
